Why Your Reels Look Blurry
It's counter-intuitive, but uploading 4K video to Instagram often results in worse quality than 1080p.
Why? Because Instagram's servers are optimized for speed, not quality preservation. If you give them a massive 4K file, they will brutally compress it using their own fast, low-quality algorithm.
The Fix: Feed Instagram a file it likes. Upload a 1080p video with a controlled bitrate (around 5 Mbps). Instagram will embrace it, process it minimally, and your Reel will stay crisp.
