Our Refund Policy
All subscription payments to Cubix are non-refundable.
When you subscribe to Cubix, you are paying for immediate access to our AI-powered video editing platform and its features. Due to the nature of digital services and the computational resources consumed:
- We do not offer refunds for any subscription period (monthly or annual)
- We do not offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription
- We do not offer refunds for unused credits or features
- We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Here's what happens when you cancel:

- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- All features remain available until your subscription expires
- You can download and export your videos and projects
- Your account remains accessible (with free tier limitations after expiry)
✗ What Happens After Expiry
- Premium features become unavailable
- Remaining credits expire and do not carry over
- Some stored content may be subject to free tier storage limits
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access
How to Cancel
Canceling your subscription is easy:
- Log into your Cubix account
- Go to Billing Settings – Navigate to your profile or account settings and find the billing section
- Click "Manage Subscription" – This will take you to the Polar.sh customer portal
- Select "Cancel Subscription" – Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
While we generally do not offer refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Technical impossibility: If a critical service outage on our end prevented you from using the service for an extended period
- Legal requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
Free Trial (If Applicable)
If you signed up during a promotional period that included a free trial:
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- If you cancel during the trial, you lose access immediately
- Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, standard no-refund policy applies
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions offer significant savings but are subject to the same no-refund policy:
- You are billed once for the full year
- No refunds for early cancellation
- You retain access for the entire year regardless of when you cancel
- We recommend trying monthly first if you're unsure about committing
Credit Purchases
If you purchase additional credits or add-ons:
- Credit purchases are non-refundable
- Unused credits expire according to terms specified at purchase
- Credits cannot be transferred to another account
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account
- Loss of access to all your content and projects
- Being banned from creating new accounts
